SAAGA is a holistic women's health platform: cycle and symptoms, food, movement, sleep, supplements and lab results, all on one record. Most of it goes in by chat, in plain words rather than forms. SAAGA reads the areas against each other, and against the cycle where there is one, then turns that into a short daily routine. A practitioner the member connects with opens the same record, so care continues between appointments.
Women working on their hormonal health, including trying to conceive, PCOS, endometriosis, irregular cycles and perimenopause, and the naturopathic, functional, integrative and medical practitioners who treat them, from solo practices to multi-clinician clinics.
It tracks the cycle, but that is one of five things it holds. Alongside period and ovulation it tracks symptoms, food, sleep, movement, supplements and lab results, and reads them against each other. A cycle is not a requirement either. Plenty of women use SAAGA while they have no period at all, and the other four areas work exactly the same.
Practice management systems, general health dashboards and period trackers each solve part of this. SAAGA holds what happens between visits and works alongside an EHR, which keeps billing and charting. The practitioner page shows how.
Everything a woman logs is hers. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never sold or shared with advertisers. A practitioner sees none of it until the member accepts the connection in the app, and if the member ends it, that access stops immediately. On the practitioner side SAAGA is HIPAA compliant and we sign a Business Associate Agreement, and practice-level reporting is aggregate by default, with a minimum group size floor.
