One platform, every part of women's health

For women actively working on their fertility, hormonal health and beyond, and for the practitioners supporting them.

Women's health is complicated. Most tools are built as though it isn't.

SAAGA is a platform built specifically for women's health

No single number in women's health means much on its own, and it all lives scattered across apps, labs and appointments. Women want care that looks at all of it, and practitioners want to give exactly that.

That system didn’t exist, so we built it.

Solutions for both sides

For women

Know what to do next

Everything you track lives in one place, and a plan for the week comes out of what is actually there.

  • Logging takes seconds. Say what you ate, photograph the plate, or let your wearable do it
  • Daily support, based on your current focus. Your progress across your goals, and what to do today
  • All your health in one place. Cycle, food, movement, sleep and labs, and the patterns across them

7 days free, then $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year

For practitioners

See what happened between visits

She logs her own days, so her record is already current when you open it: cycle, symptoms, food, movement, sleep and labs, together.

  • Write and track protocols at a holistic level. Targets, cadence and timing, set and tracked across all five health areas
  • An app she enjoys using. She opens it daily for herself, not because you asked her to
  • See clients’ progress and what changed in one view. Her protocol beside her own data, week by week

Five areas, over 100 metrics, read together

Cycle & symptoms

Period, ovulation, cycle length, luteal phase, and the symptoms that travel with them

When there is a cycle, the other four are read against it: the same symptom on day 8 and on day 22 are not the same thing. Without one, they stand on their own.

Nutrition

Protein, supplements, and the micronutrients hormone production depends on

Hormones are built from what the body has to work with. Gaps show up in energy, mood and cycle before anyone looks at the plate.

Movement

Training, daily movement, and the recovery around it

The right load supports hormonal health. Too much of it, against too little recovery, does the opposite.

Sleep & recovery

Sleep duration and quality, HRV and resting heart rate, from Oura or Apple Health

Recovery is when a protocol does its work, and sleep is the quickest explanation for a bad week.

Health admin

Lab results, medications and the paperwork of care

Results usually sit scattered across portals and PDFs. Beside the daily signals, each can be read against what was happening at the time.

One record, one continuous health story

Balancing hormones

Living in sync with her cycle, staying ahead of the symptoms, or managing PCOS, endometriosis or a thyroid condition.

Off hormonal birth control

A cycle comes back over months, not weeks. She can watch hers settle instead of wondering whether it has.

Trying to conceive

Fertile window and luteal length, and what her sleep and eating looked like around them. However long it takes, it is all in one place.

Postpartum

Sleep is broken, the cycle takes its time, and everything feels different. She can see how it compares with before.

Perimenopause

Cycles turn unpredictable and symptoms arrive without warning. Years of her own history say more than an average ever will.

“Women’s health was never short of data. It was short of one place to read it together. We built SAAGA so the woman living it and the practitioner treating it finally see the same picture.”

Questions, answered

What is SAAGA?

SAAGA is a holistic women's health platform: cycle and symptoms, food, movement, sleep, supplements and lab results, all on one record. Most of it goes in by chat, in plain words rather than forms. SAAGA reads the areas against each other, and against the cycle where there is one, then turns that into a short daily routine. A practitioner she connects with opens the same record, so the work carries on between appointments rather than restarting at each one.

Who is SAAGA for?

Women working on their hormonal health, including trying to conceive, PCOS, endometriosis, irregular cycles and perimenopause, and the naturopathic, functional and integrative practitioners who treat them.

Is SAAGA a period tracker?

It tracks the cycle, but that is one of five things it holds. Alongside period and ovulation it tracks symptoms, food, sleep, movement, supplements and lab results, and reads them against each other. A cycle is not a requirement either. Plenty of women use SAAGA while they have no period at all, and the other four areas work exactly the same.

How does SAAGA compare to the tools practitioners already use?

Practice management systems, general health dashboards and period trackers each solve part of this. The practitioner page covers the comparisons in detail.

How does SAAGA handle privacy and security?

Everything a woman logs is hers. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never sold or shared with advertisers. A practitioner sees none of it until she accepts the connection in the app, and if she ends it that access stops there and then. On the practitioner side SAAGA is HIPAA compliant and we sign a Business Associate Agreement, and practice-level reporting is aggregate by default, with a minimum group size floor.
