A plan across all areas of health
Tell SAAGA what you are working on, or bring the plan your practitioner gave you. Either way it becomes a routine you can change.
Your health story is always being written. SAAGA sees the whole of it: cycle, symptoms, food, movement, sleep and labs. It turns that into a plan that fits the life you actually have, and supports you through it, day by day.

You’re near peak in your fertile window, and both sleep and recovery are holding. Protein has been steady all week, and yesterday’s walk took you past your step goal. A good day to keep everything where it is.
Follicular phase
You’re on day 14, near your fertile peak. Sleep is up about 35 minutes on your average for this phase, and protein has hit target five of the last seven days.
Tell SAAGA what you are working on, or bring the plan your practitioner gave you. Either way it becomes a routine you can change.
Short daily steps rather than a document to interpret, small enough that a bad week does not end the whole thing.
Your own numbers over time: whether the cycle settled, how often the pain actually showed, what changed when you changed something.
Magnesium added in June. Protein target met on 24 of the last 30 days.
Cycle, symptoms, food, movement, sleep and labs on one record, alongside any condition you are managing, every day in one timeline.
Ask about your own body, in your own words. SAAGA sees everything you have logged, so the answer is about you and not women in general.
Turn weeks of it into a report and hand it over. Any practitioner can read it, with no account and nothing to set up.
A report of the last six weeks, for any practitioner.
Your periods are irregular, or the fatigue will not lift, and the internet has forty answers. You try two of them for a month and nothing changes.
Built around your goal, your cycle and the life you actually have. If mornings are impossible, it does not put things in your morning.
Your cycle in one app, your sleep on a watch, your labs in an email from March. Nobody ever sees the whole of it, including you.
All of it on one record, filed by day. So the week your sleep fell apart lines up with the week the headaches came back.
Protein, steps, sleep, supplements, water, stress. All of it at once is a second job, so you do a bit of everything and none of it properly.
Three or four things for today: protein at lunch, magnesium before bed, a walk if the day allows. Different tomorrow, so you are never behind on it.
You start the supplements, the earlier bedtime, the protein at breakfast. Two good weeks, then a bad one, and by week three it has quietly gone.
You log by saying what happened, in a sentence, and miss a few days without anything breaking. In a month you can see whether it made a difference.
SAAGA sees the whole of you, and helps you build a plan that fits the life you actually have. It moves with you through every phase and every life stage, so you can feel your best and get to what you are working towards.

Whatever you are working on
Nobody, until you say so. Nothing you log goes to anyone unless you accept a connection with a practitioner. When one asks, you see exactly which areas and how far back before you agree to anything. From then on SAAGA is the layer between you and whoever you see for care, and you can end the connection at any time from Settings. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Two ways. You can create a report and bring or send it, which works with any practitioner, whether or not they use SAAGA. Or, if they do use SAAGA, they can invite you to connect; once you accept, they see your record directly.
Then you use the other four areas, and they work the same. Food, movement, sleep and labs do not need a cycle to be read together. SAAGA is often most useful when a period is missing, late or on its way back, because it keeps the record of what was happening around it.
Mostly by chatting. You tell SAAGA what you ate, how you slept or how you're feeling, in your own words, and it files it against the right day and the right point in your cycle. There are forms if you prefer them, but you don't have to use them.
Most don't yet, and SAAGA still works as the link to them. Bring whatever they gave you, a protocol, a training programme or a list of goals, by attaching the file or describing it, and SAAGA turns it into a routine you track the same way as anything else. You arrive at the next appointment with a record instead of trying to remember six weeks, and if they do join SAAGA later, the same record opens on their side.
Yes. Sleep, activity and recovery sync from Oura, Apple Health and Health Connect, so you do not log them twice. They sit on the same record as your cycle, food and symptoms, which is what lets SAAGA read them against each other.
Yes. During setup you can upload screenshots from your current tracker and SAAGA reads the history across, so you don't start from an empty calendar.
