Practitioners guiding women’s hormonal and reproductive health: naturopathic doctors, functional and integrative practitioners, OB-GYNs and women’s health nurse practitioners, reproductive endocrinologists, dietitians, acupuncturists and fertility coaches. It works for a solo practice, a group practice and a multi-clinician clinic.
No. SAAGA holds what happens between visits: the protocol, the patient’s daily logs, adherence, messages and forms. Billing, clinical charting and prescribing stay in your EHR.
In 1:1 care each patient has their own protocol, and you see their full timeline and adherence line by line, with direct messaging, forms, files and appointments. In a program everyone enrolled follows the program’s protocol, and progress is read in aggregate across the program. A practice can use both.
No. You invite them, and most start when you do. A patient already using SAAGA can share their existing record with you, so there is nothing to migrate and nothing to re-enter.
The other four areas do not need a cycle. Postpartum, on continuous contraception, after menopause or when periods have stopped, protocol lines still carry their own targets and adherence still reads line by line. Cycle phase is added where there is one.
Yes. We apply HIPAA-level safeguards to every practitioner’s patient data, whether or not you are a covered entity, and a Business Associate Agreement is part of every SAAGA account. A patient’s record is visible only to the practitioners they share it with, and only for the areas and the period they agreed to share.
Pricing depends on how many patients will use SAAGA and what your practice needs set up. We put together a quote with you on the demo call. The first 30 days are free.
