For practitioners who see the whole woman

You work with your clients at a depth today’s generalist tools cannot follow. SAAGA is built for exactly how you work with them, and how you run your practice.

You work with your clients at a depth your software has never matched.

Everything your women’s health practice runs on

Client’s full longitudinal profile, in one place

One record: her cycle and symptoms, meals, sleep and activity from her wearable, supplements and labs, filed by day.

Write protocols at the level you actually think in

Set each line to where she actually is: through the period, days 8–16, while she is trying to conceive.

Client app guides her through protocol daily

The lines you write become what she does today. She opens the app and knows what to do, without reading a plan or remembering one.

The SAAGA app Home screen: the Movement and Nutrition cards, each headed From your routine, with the protocol lines Dr. Elena Rossi wrote and a progress bar under each — 6,240 of 9,000 steps, 3 of 3 strength sessions, 94 of 120 g protein

See protocol adherence and health data in real time

What she completed and what she skipped, line by line, with her cycle, sleep, nutrition and activity beside it.

Create programs to save you time

Build a program once, with the protocol it starts from. Intake picks the right one, and it is live before you have spoken.

The between-visits work, in one place

Messages, check-in forms, the files she uploads and the flags her data raises, all against her record instead of a separate inbox.

Appointment admin, effortlessly handled

The prep task before it, the note that comes out of it and the follow-up after, all on the calendar and on her record.

Measure results across your full client roster

Every client you see, aggregated and anonymised, so you can see the trends and how your protocols are performing.

A client app she will actually enjoy using

The half of SAAGA you never log into. She opens it for her own reasons, and your protocol is waiting there as her routine for the day rather than a document she read once.

You update the protocol and your client receives the update in her app

Your protocol comes alive in her app as daily guidance

She also sees her progress over time

How SAAGA is different

Without SAAGAWith SAAGA

You assemble her profile data manually

Screenshots from her old tracker, a food diary in a notes app, a lab PDF in your inbox. Every appointment starts with putting it together.

Her full profile, already assembled

Nothing to gather. Her cycle and symptoms, meals, sleep and activity from her wearable, supplements, medications and earlier lab work, all in one profile the moment you open it.

Symptoms with no cycle context

A general tool records that she had a bad week. It cannot tell you the week landed in her luteal phase, or that it happened in the two cycles before.

All her data in one longitudinal timeline

Everything on one timeline, so you can see what moved together and when. The month her sleep slipped. The cycles the pain clustered in.

Unclear protocol adherence

You wrote the dose, the timing, the days it applies to. What comes back six weeks later is “I mostly stuck to it”.

A clear view of what happened between visits

Every line with what she actually did against it, day by day. And when something is not working, she tells you that week rather than at the next appointment.

You cannot say what your practice achieves

You know your best cases. Across everyone you have seen this year, whether your protocols moved anything is a feeling, not a number.

Results across your whole roster

What moved, for how many, over what period, aggregated and anonymised. Which of your protocols are working, with the numbers behind it.

Built for the depth you already work at

Every system on the market was built for general practice, and women’s health practitioners have been bending them to fit ever since.

SAAGA was built the other way round, starting from how you already work. Protocols carry the detail you actually work in, adherence reads line by line, and you can see what she did before she comes back in. That holds whether you prescribe supplements, food, training or all of it.

Questions, answered

Who is the portal for?

Any practitioner guiding women's hormonal and reproductive health: naturopathic doctors, functional and integrative practitioners, OB-GYNs and women's health nurse practitioners, fertility coaches, dietitians, acupuncturists and reproductive endocrinologists, from solo practices through to multi-practitioner clinics. If you work with your clients holistically and want to improve their experience between appointments, it is for you.

How is SAAGA different from the tools I already use?

Most were built for general practice. SAAGA is built for women’s health: over 100 metrics across nutrition, movement, sleep, cycle and labs, any of which can carry a protocol line with its own target and cadence, so you see line by line whether she actually did it.

And it is read against her cycle. A symptom on day 22 is not the same thing as the same symptom on day 8, and a system that stores both without knowing the difference has told you nothing.

Her side is the other half. The app was made for her first, so she opens it daily rather than as a chore your protocol imposed on her. That is what keeps the record current enough to be worth reading.

What about clients who do not get periods, or whose cycles are irregular?

The other four areas do not need a cycle. Postpartum, on continuous contraception, after menopause or when a period has simply stopped, protocol lines still carry their own targets and cadence, and adherence still reads line by line. The phase lens is simply added where there is a phase to add it to.

Do my patients have to be on SAAGA already?

No. You can invite them, and most start when you do. If a patient is already using SAAGA on her own, she can share her existing record with you, so there is nothing to migrate and nothing for her to re-enter.

Is SAAGA HIPAA compliant?

Yes, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement. Practice-level reporting is aggregate by default, with a minimum group size floor.

What does it cost?

Free to try. Pricing scales with the size of your panel, so send us your details and we’ll be in touch.
